McLeod, Denmark federal lawsuit dismissed

A federal judge has dismissed all charges in a 22-count complaint filed against local deputies, police officers and the City of Perry brought by William Daniel McLeod Jr. and Jeremy Denmark.

Judge Robert L. Hinkle’s order, filed last Tuesday, came just one week after both plaintiffs filed motions to voluntarily dismiss the complaint.
