Williams presented award by Gov. Scott

Taylor Technical Institute (TTI) student Michael Williams was recognized last week by Florida Gov. Rick Scott with the Excellence in Technical Education Award.

Williams, a welding student at TTI, received the award and spoke during a press conference held Wednesday, Feb. 10, in Tallahassee.
