Robert L. Carter, 90, of Perry, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016, at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital.

A Celebration of life service will be held Thursday, Feb. 18, at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery with Danny Lundy officiating.
