Harper, Phillips reel in top fish

Seth Harper of Perry took one of the top prizes in the Fiddler Crab Fishing Tournament held last weekend in Steinhatchee. Harper’s 5.3-pound trout won him $500.

Andy Phillips also won $500 for his tournament-best redfish at 8.85 pounds.
