Dawling (Chick) Eldridge Blair, 78, of Perry, died May 6, 2013, at his residence in Perry.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 8, at 11 a.m. at The Church of God with Percy Jacobs officiating.
Joe P. Burns Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
