Who should pay for ethics training?

Despite having only a one-item agenda, the Perry City Council covered a wide range of territory last week including who will pay for members’ required ethics training as well as keeping the Eternal Flame burning at Veterans Memorial Park.

Discussions also centered on the process for requesting a speed bump in a neighborhood as well as an update on Rosehead Park.
