Phillip Warren Padgett, 64, died March 2, 2016, in Perry.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5, at 3 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Bro. David Beigle and Bro. Cody McNeese officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 5, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
