June Brunson Clemons Bassett of Perry died on March 4, 2016, in Birmingham, Ala., after a brief illness.

Visitation was held in the fellowship hall of the First Presbyterian Church on Tuesday evening, March 8, from 6 until 8 pm.

A graveside service will be held at Pineview Memorial Gardens today, Wednesday March 9, at 10 a.m.

A memorial service will follow at First Baptist Church at 11 a.m. today. All arrangements are under the care of Beggs Funeral Home Perry Chapel.
