    The following described land, situate, lying and being in Taylor County, Florida, to-wit:

    Commence at the Northwest corner of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 2 South, Range 6 East, Taylor County, Florida and run South 00 degrees 19 minutes 52 seconds West, along the West boundary of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 20, 810.31 feet to a point, thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes East 1214.72 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 19, thence South 38 degrees 13 minutes 54 seconds East, along said right-of-way line, 18.92 feet to a point in the centerline of a 30 foot easement for a POINT OF BEGINNING, thence from said Point of Beginning run in a Southwesterly direction along said centerline as follows: South 89 degrees 19 minutes West 171.84 feet to a point, thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 52 seconds West 103.15 feet to a point, thence South 53 degrees 43 minutes 39 seconds West 493.40 feet to a point, thence South 76 degrees 15 minutes 16 seconds West 63.28 feet to the terminal point of this easement.
