It was smooth sailing for Tuesday’s Presidential Preference Primary (PPP), with all election results tallied less than half an hour after the polls closed.

“I am so proud of the job our poll workers did. All results were modemed in by 7:22 p.m.,” Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland said.
