Mr. Sammy Wayne Tomlinson, 62, passed away on March 21, 2016 in Perry, FL.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Bro. Dennis Nobles officiating.

Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2016 at Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
