Norma Jean Kinsey, 64, passed away on March 23, 2016 at Doctor’s Memorial Hospital in Perry, FL.

The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Burns Funeral Home of Perry.

A funeral service will follow beginning at 4 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Bro. Cody McNeese officiating.

All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
