New BioNitrogen CEO to address city

Five months after BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. filed for bankruptcy, the company’s new CEO Graham Copley will address the Perry City Council about future plans.

According to City Manager Bob Brown, Copley will be at the council’s Tuesday, April 12, meeting to discuss the company’s re-organization plan and its desire to still construct a facility here.
