Longtime city worker arrested for possession of child pornography

A 29-year city employee has been suspended without pay pending further investigation into his arrest on four counts of possession of child pornography.

Edward Carl Pitts, 63, of 471 Leon Ward Road, was arrested Wednesday, April 13, and is being held without bond at the Taylor County Jail.
