Proposed resolution outlined pattern of alleged wrongdoing

The censure resolution drafted against Councilwoman Shirlie Hampton details questionable behavior and what might be considered outright violations of the Florida’s Sunshine Laws.

The item made the Perry City Councl’s regular meeting agenda April 12 but never made it to the floor for action. Mayor Mike Deming asked the item be pulled from agenda and the remaining council members agreed in an unanimous vote.
