Second suspect in Tappe murder back in Taylor Co.

Douglas Mihal was the smallest inmate by stature during his first appearance by video-conference before County Judge Bill Blue on Friday, April 15. But he was facing the most serious charges.

Mihal, 20, along with Oriana Lynn Forsythe, 17, are charged with the murder of Steinhatchee resident Aaron Tappe, 38, whose body was found March 10 in the vicinity of his townhouse.
