Richard “Dicky” Dale Mathis, 66, of Perry, died May 9, 2013, at his residence in Perry following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at Tuesday, May 14, at 1 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery in Perry with Donnie Shinholser officiating.

Family members will receive friends Tuesday, May 14, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home, which is in charge of all arrangements.
