Local officials entangled in BioNitrogen lawsuit, called to testify in depositions

City Manager Bob Brown and three other local officials have been subpoenaed to testify in depositions resulting from a lawsuit filed by BioNitrogen against one of its vendors as part of the company’s ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

In January, two months after BioNitrogen Holdings and its affiliates filed for bankruptcy protection, BioNitrogen Plant FL Taylor sued Fulcrum Global Solutions, a Texas-based program management firm, alleging it received “absolutely nothing” despite making a total of $680,000 in payments over the course of four months last year.
