Couple in court May 9 for Steinhatchee murder

The couple charged with the shooting death of a Steinhatchee man will face arraignment on capital murder charges Monday, May 9.

On Tuesday, a Taylor County grand jury returned a multiple-count indictment against Douglas Mihal, 20, and his 17 year-old girlfriend, Oriana Lynn Forsythe, for first degree murder, accessory after the fact, grand theft of a firearm, grand theft auto and tampering with evidence.
