Plant sale, spring festival May 7

Saturday (May 7) will bring the Master Gardeners’ Plant Sale and Spring Festival to Forest Capital Park, from 9 a.m. to
1 p.m.

Herbs, annuals, perennials, vegetables, succulents and hanging baskets will be offered along with rain barrels (assembled or as a kit). “It’s a perfect time to pick up a special gift for Mother’s Day,” organizers maintain.

Local garden vendors will be set up outside in the park area and the Master Gardeners will be set up inside Forest Capital Hall featuring plants for sale as well as horticulture displays.
