The last leg of a four-year journey begins Wednesday, May 18, with groundbreaking ceremonies for the final construction phase of Rosehead Park.
Located in the heart of downtown Perry, the park additions will include a lake, walking trail, amphitheatre and picnic pavilions. Wednesday’s ceremony, open to the public, will be held in the shade of decades-old live oaks located on the north side of Spring Creek (between Washington and Center streets), starting at 8:30 a.m.
