Baseball tourney to feature 80-100 games

As many of 1,200 to 1,600 people are expected in Perry this weekend for a Peach State Diamond Sports baseball tournament at the Taylor County Sports Complex.

The event, which will be held Saturday, May 14, will include as many as 30 teams from North Florida and South Georgia. Ranging in age from 8 to 14, each team is guaranteed to play a minimum of three games, bringing the total number of games scheduled for Saturday to between 80 and 100.
