Folsom, third-generation law enforcement officer, declares his candidacy for sheriff

Third generation law enforcement officer Chris Folsom has announced his candidacy for sheriff.

“Law enforcement is in my blood,” said Lt. Folsom, who has been with the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office for the past 15 years.
