Active meth lab busted

An active methamphetamine lab was discovered at a local motel Tuesday, with noxious fumes filling walkways and guest rooms.

Perry Police Department (PPD) Det. Sgt. Lin Gray and Det. Sgt. Bill Murray found the lab when they executed a search warrant on a second-floor room at Days Inn.
