Ms. Madelyn Thomas Smith , 88, passed away on May 17, 2016 in Mayo, FL.

Madelyn was born July 22, 1927 in Whigham, Georgia to William McKinley Thomas and Ethelene Trulock Thomas.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Eridu, with Bro. Danny Lundy officiating.

Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today, Friday,May 20, 2016 at Burns Funeral Home of Perry.

All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
