City race gains two: Williams, Pigford

Gil Williams and Donnie L. Pigford are the latest local candidates to join the 2016 election cycle, both filing their paperwork to run for the Perry City Council.

Williams is vying for the District 1 council seat currently held by Venita Woodfaulk.
