Manden Whiddon, one of three suspects charged in the death of longtime teacher Shelly Strickland, was expected in court Thursday afternoon at 4 for a “change of plea” hearing in his case.
However, presiding Judge David Fina was delayed by court proceedings in Live Oak and the hearing was postponed until today (Friday) at 10 a.m.
