End-of-the-year activities fill May’s school calendar

With only three weeks remaining in the 2012-13 school year, they will be busy ones for students and parents as Taylor County schools have announced the dates of their graduation and awards celebrations.

The final day for students is Tuesday, June 4, while teachers’ last day is Friday, June 7. There are no more early release days scheduled for the year, although schools will be closed Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day.
