City expands ‘spice’-related ordinance

Looking to keep pace with distributors, the Perry City Council has expanded its ordinance related to synthetic marijuana (commonly known as “spice”) and other synthetic drugs.

“New chemicals are being added all the time to the make-up of these drugs,” Perry Police Department (PPD) Chief Jamie Cruse said. “These changes will help us remain up-to-date with what’s out there.”
