Despite hundreds of boaters on the water during the Independence Day weekend, it was “very quiet” as far as incidents reported to law enforcement.
According to reports, the bumper crop of scallops this year once again provided quick limits for many of those taking advantage of the second weekend of this year’s recreational harvest season.
