Parent of an incoming kindergartener?

Perry Primary School is holding registration for incoming kindergarten students every Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. during the month of
July.

Parents should provide copies of a current physical, current immunization record, birth certificate and Social Security card.
