Dennis vows to ‘stay the course’

Kenneth Dennis, the most senior elected official in office, has announced his candidacy to seek an eighth term as the Dist. 5 Taylor County School Board representative.

“We need to continue the course we have begun to chart. I pledge to be honest, fair, to vote my convictions and not rubberstamp everything. I owe it to you and myself to ask questions and find out how the decisions we make affect us,” said Dennis, who completes his 28th year on the school board in November.
