A round of murder suspects cycled in and out of the third floor courtroom Monday morning during a round of pre-trial hearings before Circuit Judge Greg Parker.
Mark Lashhorn III, 28, charged with the November 2015 murder of Nahor Theopilus Church Jr., was granted a continuance in his case after his public defender attorney, Elise Blair, stated they had additional interviews to conduct. Assistant State Attorney James McCain did not oppose the request, noting the state was waiting for lab reports related to the case from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
