Falling down

Just two months into construction, Rosehead Lake Park is taking shape. This week, crews began demolishing the Washington Street bridge which will be replaced by an amphitheater. Foundations have been laid for the beam pavilion and gazebo as well as two bathroom facilities. The restored stream winds it way from Center Street to Jefferson and a 12-foot-wide walking path has been cleared around the park.
