In accordance with Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-625 Thule Inc.; Silver (Ag) Technical Review Criteria TRC 33 % daily maximum concentration of wastewater discharge limits during a six month period Thule Inc.; Silver (Ag) Chronic Violation of wastewater discharge limits 66% of all measurements during a six month period After notification Thule Inc. followed all compliance schedules and brought all parameters into ranges.
