McNeal vying for Dist. 5 county seat

Taylor County native Phillip McNeal will commit “to an open door policy” if elected to represent residents in Dist. 5 on the Board of County Commissioners.

“As your next county commissioner, I will bring change to the community with diversity and equality to all citizens in every neighborhood,” he said.
