Hampton seeking second city term

Perry City Council Dist. 2 incumbent Shirlie Hampton vows to continue serving residents “with integrity and to be mindful of you, the people, when making decisions.”

The first-term council member said, “Serving the people of District 2 has been an honor, privilege and a challenge that I welcome.”
