No foul play suspected in inmate’s death

No foul play is suspected in the death of jail inmate Robert Kellow, 48, who was found unresponsive in his cell early Sunday morning, Aug. 7.

“Jail staff found Kellow and called EMS (Emergency Medical Services), who pronounced him dead,” Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Inv. Rusty Davis said.
