In the wake of the Wakulla County Commission passing a resolution opposing Foley Cellulose Mill’s pipeline project, and reports that Leon County will consider a similar measure next month, the Taylor County Commission in turn unanimously passed its own resolution supporting the project.
The issue drew a handful of people to Tuesday’s board meeting, including Leon County Commission Chairman Bill Proctor and Wakulla County Commissioner Howard Kessler, who spoke against the board’s resolution and the project as a whole.
