22-year Army veteran now wants to serve his county

Charles Andrews Reaves Sr. served his country for 22 years in the U.S. Army. Now he wants to serve his county and is seeking election to the Dist. 1 county commission seat.

Reaves is the son of Hazel Richard of Perry and the late Clark Reaves, who worked for 25 years at the downtown post office.
