County Commissioner Jody DeVane said he feels “tremendous” progress has been made within the county and Dist. 3” during his first term in office.
“When I was first elected in 2012, we had a $800,000 budget deficit. We have reduced that by almost $500,000 in the past few years,” the incumbent candidate said.
