The war of letters and resolutions continues over the Foley Cellulose Mill’s Fenholloway River pipeline project, with Taylor County’s constitutional officers, along with a number of local agencies, this week publicly proclaiming their support of the project, directly responding to an earlier letter penned by Leon County Commission Chairman Bill Proctor.
The most recent letters come on the heels of two resolutions passed last week by the Wakulla County Commission, opposing the pipeline project, and the Taylor County Commission, reaffirming its support of the project and the mill.
