Woman faces felony charge for $21,000 grand theft

A longtime employee at a local dentist’s office has been charged with grand theft after the discovery of some $21,000 in misappropriated funds.

Sherrie Renee Dice, 54, was booked at the Taylor County Jail Saturday, Aug. 20, and was released the next day after posting a $3,000 bond.
