Mihal murder trial is granted a delay

The attorney representing murder suspect Douglas Lee Mihal, 20, asked for a continuance in his case during pre-trial motions heard Monday by Circuit Judge Greg Parker.

“We will not be ready for the October trial date,” Kimberly Garner said.
