    160 grams cannabis seized, James charged

    When officers responded to assist an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) team treating an unresponsive individual at a Calhoun Street address,
    they discovered a substantial amount of what they suspected to be cannabis.

    Tipped off by a strong odor in the room, their search revealed multiple jars of “what appeared to be cannabis as well as drug paraphernalia,” Perry Police Department Ptl. Mark Hershberger stated in an affidavit filed March 16 with the State Attorney’s Office.
