Program focuses on older adults

Dr. Niharika Suchak will present a program on “Medication Use in Older Adults” Tuesday, Sept. 27, at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital, starting at 5:30 p.m.

The program is part of Florida State University College of Medicine’s Senior Health initiative.

Suchak said her interest in geriatrics stems from her memorable experiences with older adults during her medical training and her desire to focus on efforts to optimize and maintain functional independence in her patients as they age.
