Jon David Caminez, of Jefferson County, FL, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Shands Hospital.

Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016 at First United Methodist Church of Monticello with burial to follow at 3 p.m. Crown Hill Cemetery in Albany, GA.
