Woman charged in knifing; victim remains ‘stable’

Nikitress Vonshay Smith, 24, was charged with attempted murder Wednesday after a verbal argument escalated into a knifing.

The victim, a 27-year-old male, sustained multiple stab wounds with injuries to his head, neck and shoulders. He was listed in stable condition as of Thursday.
