New attorney claims new evidence in Arrowood case

Attorney David Collins has asked Judge David Fina to strike a protective order sought by Baya Harrison and allow him to depose Harrison regarding his representation of convicted murderer Garrett Arrowood.

Collins has been privately retained by Arrowood’s family; Harrison was Arrowood’s court-appointed (public defender) trial attorney.
