Franklin “Frank” Wilson Stephens, age 85, of Atlantic Beach, FL passed away Friday, October 14, 2016 at1:30 PM after several weeks of illness.

Funeral Services will be held at Graveside-Pineview Memorial Cemetery in Perry, FL on Friday October 21, 2016 at 12 p.m.

Family will receive friends prior to the service starting at 11-12 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home.
